The chelsea sweater is perfection, so soft inside and out you'll never want to take it off! This sweater is different than ones you have seen before with the fringe front, and it being a turtleneck.  Not too tight on the neck, and roomy already makes this top true to size!  This sweater is meant to fit loosely.  We love this paired with ANY of our jeans, or dress it up a tad more with our leather leggings!
