SHIPPING POLICY

Belladonna wants to get you your items as fast as we possibly can, however please give us 7-10 Business Days to complete your order.

Need to send something back? If you are shipping something back to us please ship to, P.O. Box 162 Gillett, WI 54124. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

 

Belladonna is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If you believe you package is lost or stolen please contact the shipping company, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that life can get hectic and sometimes shopping online doesn't always go according to plan! Don't hesitate to send something back if it doesn't fit exactly how you want! Our return policy is, send us back the item in 12 Days from the time that you receive said item and we will offer you a full refund! This means unworn, unwashed, odor free, pet hair free, and MUST not contain any markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive refund. If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will return the item(s) and customer is responsible for cost of shipping. All Sales Items are Final.

Exchange

Want to exchange due to needing a different size? That's okay! If you send the item back to us, in new condition, along with what size you need, and we would be happy to switch that out for you! If you are exchanging jeans, make sure the tags are still on in order for us to switch them for the size you need! All Sales Items are Final.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment, ALL tags must still be attached.
